A Word From the Founder
Hey, I’m Johnathon and I love buying and renovating homes because I love watching communities grow — and more importantly, I love watching people grow.
My mother had me at sixteen years old. We had a lot of financial challenges throughout my childhood, and I quickly learned that life’s fundamentals don’t just revolve around hard work, but around community.
I was fortunate enough to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I was the youngest real estate agent hired by a popular national real estate firm. I then broke a national record working at another, and continued to find success in my career working with homeowners. I attribute this professional growth to the homeowners I’ve worked with, and the real relationships we built during what can sometimes be a stressful process.
I decided to escape the big firms to buy and invest in homes myself, because I can put people first.
When you work with my company, you’ll be working directly with me — not a set of random people at a corporation that are stuck in a hierarchy.
